You have the right to cancel your Simply Gifting order within 14 days of receiving your cards or Physical gift items. Under the distance selling laws of the UK you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. If you have activated or swapped your gift card value for a retailer e-gift card within these 14 days it will be taken that you agreed to waive this right.

For physical and digital (e-gift) versions of Simply Gifting gift card you should not return these items. Please contact our customer support at enquiries@simplygifting.co.uk who will facilitate the cancellation of the value on the card/codes and a refund, if deemed appropriate.

Returns for physical gift items are dealt with on an individual case by case basis. If you are unhappy with an item you've received, we will refund the price of the gift item within 30 days of the date of cancellation. In some cases, we will arrange for a courier to collect and return the parcel if appropriate.
